Katherine “Katie” Harris Elliott was born on December 23, 1988, in Greenville, Mississippi. Mrs. Harris Elliott attended the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, Arkansas, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with her Bachelor of Social Work in 2011. Mrs. Harris Elliott graduated Summa Cum Laude with her Master of Social Work in 2012 from Washington University in Saint Louis.
She has been a Licensed Masters Social Worker in Arkansas since 2012. Mrs. Harris Elliott earned her Juris Doctor in 2015, graduating Summa Cum Laude from the Bowen School of Law at the University of Arkansas in Little Rock, Arkansas and is admitted to the Mississippi Bar. Mrs. Harris Elliott has experience working as a legal clerk with the Public Defender’s Office in Pulaski County, Arkansas. She is experienced in family law, personal injury, criminal defense, estate/probate, and real estate and business transactions.
Mrs. Harris Elliott worked with the Litigation Clinic at the Bowen School of Law where she handled family law matters. Mrs. Harris Elliott has a passion for seeking justice for all people. Mrs. Harris Elliott and her husband, Billy Elliott, enjoy living in Lake Village, Arkansas, near the Arkansas-Mississippi border.
