Katherine “Katie” Harris Elliott was born and raised in the Mississippi Delta on the Arkansas-Mississippi state line in Greenville, MS.

Katie graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2011 with her Bachelor of Social Work. In 2012, Katie graduated Summa Cum Laude from Washington University in St. Louis with her Master of Social Work. In 2015, Katie earned her Juris Doctor, graduating Summa Cum Laude from the Bowen School of Law at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

Prior to practicing law full-time, Katie was a licensed clinical social worker and mental health therapist. Since graduating from law school, Katie has been employed with the Harris Law Firm. She also previously worked as a part-time public defender for the 10th judicial district in Arkansas.

Katie is a licensed attorney in Mississippi and Arkansas. She is a conscientious advocate for her clients, and she is dedicated to seeking justice for all of her clients. Katie’s social work background provides her clients with a unique legal experience that is justice focused and client-centered to meet the specific needs of each of her clients. Katie is well-known for providing her clients with exceptional legal services while being readily accessible and available for her clients.
