Now we are pleased to add yet another accolade to our distinguished history, as Attorney Katie Harris Elliott has been named the City Attorney for the town of Eudora, Arkansas! She was officially appointed on February 6th after Joe Mazzanti resigned to take over as a managing public defender of the 10th Judicial District Public Defender’s Office.

Distinct Qualifications

Attorney Harris-Elliott brings a wealth of experience and educational background to her new role. She graduated summa cum laude in 2015 from the Bowen School of Law at the University of Arkansas in Little Rock, finishing third in her graduating class of 127. She immediately took up a position with her father here at Harris Law Firm, P.C., where she has handled cases in criminal law, family law, and numerous other disciplines.

Mrs. Harris-Elliott is licensed to practice in both Arkansas and Mississippi, and is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association, Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, Mississippi Bar Association – Young Lawyers Division, Mississippi Association of Justice, American Bar Association, and several other community organizations. Additionally, Mrs. Harris-Elliott is also a licensed master social worker in Arkansas and a certified guardian ad litem in Mississippi.
